2-Identify key repairs and/or improvements

This includes landscaping and curb appeal, paint touch-ups and repairs, inside and out.  When you address these items before you put your home on the market, you will avoid future aggravation and ensure stronger offers with less negotiation attempts from potential buyers. This can save you thousands in the long-run.
